KUTUMBA is registered as a Charitable Society in 1991 under the Karnataka Societies Act (Reg. No. 689/91-92, Dt. 21.11.1991) with the Commissioner of Income Tax, Karnataka - II. Kutumba is governed by a duly elected Board of Directors.

Masters in Social Work, Diploma in Counselling. Mary is the executive Director of Vathsalya Charitable Trust, an NGO working with children. She also serves on the board of other NGO's.

Masters in Social Work. Diploma in Counselling. Administrator of the Medico Pastoral Association and on the ethics commitee at SAGAR APOLLO.

Ph.D. in Social Work. Runs MASSARD, an NGO and has initiated several programs for children and women and many other community based rehabilitation projects.
